Underground Video Network will be a part of our new convention. UVN is ubiquitous at comic shows, both big and small, creating the video content that is sorely lacking from comics coverage. Richard has not only agreed to film the proceedings on the day of the con but it also graciously helping us promote the show. Our great thanks goes to everyone at UVN.

Toxxic Lady: The Art of Charleen
Artist Bio:
Charleen Brinson was born in Kentucky in 1987. Raised in a small town, she quickly found that the folksy, southern nature of her surroundings were not her cup of tea, so she submerged herself in the realms of fantasy and horror through reading novels by a lot of men with abbreviated names, e.g. J.R.R. Tolkien, H.P. Lovecraft and H.G. Wells. Inspired by literature and driven by a very vivid imagination, she creates dark, fantastical works that weave in and out of the world of the macabre. She currently resides in Bowling Green, KY.

Personal Statement:
I believe that Art defines humanity today just as much as it has throughout the history of mankind. The process has always been an escape for emotions you can't contain, a documentation of your unique story and a way to capture the visions you can't express through words alone. My objective is to explore the darker realms of the human existence and capture the surreal, fantastical worlds that live within us.

I must make. The longer time goes by without my creativity escaping the confines of my mind, the more I feel alien and uncomfortable. I must make as I must breathe. I particularly enjoy turning discarded object into something usefull and beautiful. I can give a second life to something and it feels great. Every item I make is made with a life for the item in mind. I imagine a person and make a gift for them. I offer my items here to find the person they were made for, the person who will love them.
Favourite materials Plastic, Fiber, Paint, Recycled, Lost and Found, Fabric, Plaster, Yarn

Comic Related is a news and information website, covering independent and mainstream comic news, films, games, and pop culture. New content updates happen between 6 and 16 times a day, 365 days a year. There are as many as 20 podcasts that run throughout the website every week. Every day we provide a how to video for beginning artists and creators. We receive several million independent hits each day. We also have a forum that is completely free to join.
Comic Related began 9 years ago with the goal of providing exposure and interest in those creators who may have been missed by the mainstream comics media. We believe that we in the independent community rise or fall together. The more we can assist our friends and fellow independent creators, the better it is for the Comic Related website.

RED STYLO MEDIA (RSM) is an imprint and comics publisher, founded in 2008 by writer, Enrica Jang. We began with a successful Kickstarter campaign for Enrica’s first series, AZTECA, and continue to produce and publish original comic series and graphic novels.
In 2011 RSM launched a series of popular comics anthologies, starting with The Poe Twisted Anthology. A new theme is chosen each year and kicks off with an open call in January for writers and artists to contribute. The collections are published both digitally and in print in October each year. Over 100 artists and writers have been featured in Red Stylo anthologies, both aspiring and veteran artists alike, and the catalog also features an expanded digital library of titles and art.
In 2012, Red Stylo launched RED STYLO PRESS, a promotions and editing service, as well as a packaging and publishing cooperative for fellow independent publishers to gain exposure for new and ongoing series. As of 2014, the Press carries and promotes seven comics series, and is working in cooperation with The Inkwell Awards to package their annual donation and challenge books.
